Before making an online reservation, please read the pages regarding Making a Retreat and Accommodations and Rates. We are a working monastery with accommodations and an environment geared toward spiritual retreats. Those looking simply for overnight accommodations are likely to be better served elsewhere.

If you feel that the monastic environment at New Camaldoli Hermitage is appropriate for you, then please click here to open the booking calendar. When the booking calendar opens, you will see a heading like this one

Click on the month you are interested in visiting.

The calendar for that month will show the available dates by room accommodations.

  1. Click on your choice of any available date and note if your ideal departure is also available
  2. Select any available accommodation
  3. Click on the green check mark for your chosen arrival date.  This takes you to the Reservation Request Form.  The arrival date that you click will appear under “Arrival”
  4. Enter the ideal departure date and click on “Search for Availability and Pricing”.
  5. Scroll down to see the available accommodations
  6. Make your selection and follow to completion

If you wish to make a room reservation online for one of our preached retreat weekends, you will find all the rooms are blocked off when you go online. That doesn't mean they are all reserved already, just that they have been set aside as preached retreats. Please phone us at (831) 667-2456, ext. 100 to make your reservation.

We ask that you register for only one retreat, but you can be on the waiting list for other retreats.

The suggested donation is $60.00 in addition to the suggested donation for the room or private hermitage.

For all other reservations, other than a Preached Retreat, please book online or call (831) 667-2456 x100 if you have problems or questions with the online process.
